Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. “Win 4000$ with Vegeta” Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") will begin at 12:00am Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on November 1, 2006 and end at 11:59pm EST on January 31, 2007 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Sweepstakes is Sponsored by Grand Prix Trading Corporation, 75A Onderdonk Ave. Ridgewood, NY 11385, (the "Sponsor"), who is solely responsible for all aspects of this Sweepstakes. Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States, D.C., 18 years of age or older, as of November 1, 2006. Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor (Grand Prix Trading Corp.), affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, (collectively including Sponsor, “Sweepstakes Entities”) their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouses) and persons living in the same household (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. If it is found that a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set forth in these rules has submitted an entry, that entry will be deemed ineligible and any prize awarded shall be revoked. Void where prohibited. Two Ways to Enter: 1.) Pick up two (2) designated Vegeta products (250g/8.75 oz Bag, or 500g/17.5 oz Bag, or 1kg/35 oz Bag, or 2kg/70 oz Bag) and remove the UPC codes and mail them along with your name, address, + day & evening phone numbers to: “Win 4000$ with Vegeta” Sweepstakes 1878 East Ave. Rochester, NY 14610. or 2.) Handprint on a 3”x 5” card, your name, date of birth, address (including zip code), + day & evening phone numbers and mail to: “Win 4000$ with Vegeta” Sweepstakes, 1878 East Ave. Rochester, NY 14610. All entries must be postmarked by 1/27/07 and received by 1/31/07 and become the property of the Sponsor. Official Rules: To review Official Rules go to www.grandprixtrading.com Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive $4,000 cash. Five (5) 1st Prize winners will receive Ipods with an average retail value of $199. No refund, substitution or transfer of prize is permitted. Drawing and Notification: The potential Grand Prize Winners will be selected, from among all eligible entries received, in a random drawing conducted on or about February 5, 2007 by American Sweepstakes & Promotion Co. (“the Administrator”) an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by phone and mail. Upon initial notification and verification of potential Grand Prize winners, confirmation will be sent to winner in writing via USPS mail, or other home delivery service of Sponsor’s choice. Prize Conditions: Prize winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of any prize. If a Canadian citizen wins a prize they will be required to answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question. All winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and return it within 14 days of written notification by mail or prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner selected. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. The winner’s entry and acceptance of the prize offered constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law or Sponsor’s Privacy Policy) for the Sponsor to use said winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state), in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation. Terms & Conditions: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sweepstakes Administrator, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules. Entrants also consent to the use of the personal data they submit to be used solely by the sponsor and affiliated partners for marketing purposes, statistical analysis, or customer relations. This information will never be sold or shared with third parties and all entrants will be given the opportunity to opt-out at any time. Winners and entrants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in any part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize offered, or participation in this Sweepstakes. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the Sweepstakes mechanics and/or implementation will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.
